This is a challenging pose, but worth the stretch for the restorative mental and physical benefits that it unlocks. It’s a great position to relax into to help your mind and body rejuvenate and recover from fatigue. Start with the top of your head and your open palms planted firmly on the ground, and your yoga wheel standing on end a few feet away from you. The end goal is to have your toes resting on the top point of the wheel, so keep that in mind when you’re positioning. ... Hold your arms at a 90 degree angle (or as close as you can manage!) and keeping your core tight and head anchored, slowly lift your legs into a headstand pose. Then, slowly lower them to touch down on the yoga wheel. The tricky part will be to keep your weight distributed properly.
