Mornin Beauties! Andrey got back from Florida on Tuesday (covid free) and we got to spend the evening in the kitchen together last night for the first time in a month. As we talked about the things we both love about cooking, and specifically making lasagna for all of you lovelies we realized we weren’t as connected to the elements of this that brought us joy. The thing that brings us joy and is the core of the model we have striven to create is the direct connection with ...the people we feed. The only thing the truly brings joy to a cook is the reciprocal joy created in the person eating what we create. Not to wax too poetic about lasagna and comfort food in general here but I want to be as happy cooking it for you as you are eating it. And I really do think those two things have a lot to do with each other. Long story short we are going to take today and tomorrow off and make some changes. We will not longer be on the delivery apps moving forward. We will be working on making the website much simpler to use and offering our food and a few other magic people’s tasty prepackaged goodies through the website exclusively for pickup or delivery.
