This morning's session is Titled "Beyond Negligence". We will look at remedies in both federal and state court for claims involving abuse and mistreatment of children with special needs. Yes, this DOES ACTUALLY HAPPEN.
Today's conference session is ALL about Section 504 and the ADA in Special Education. You know section 504 holds a special place in my heart.

Just arrived at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, NM for the COPAA Conference. Getting ready for tomorrow's all day session: Common Core Standards and Development of Standard-Based Individual Education Programs. #EXCITED
