Today in our fourth quarter San Diego market update, we’ll cover the top three things that are driving our market with such unusual velocity. For starters, low inventory has spurred an 11% year-over-year increase in home prices. Even buyers we helped earlier this year are saying to themselves, Wow, there’s a lot more equity in my home than I thought there would be by now. Although this pandemic has been difficult for so many businesses to navigate, real estate is doing better than most. The fact is that there are still homebuyers out there who are looking to make a purchase. They’re having to make some adjustments to their process, but we’ve got some tips and tricks to help them navigate the market.
