Hi everyone as some of you may know we were informed of our new County Loan Limits recently and we received some great news locally, especially for us in Solano County. We will now be able to borrow up to $494,500 in Solano County using your standard conventional financing. This is a huge win for us as people who have bought over the past couple years know and have found it very challenging to buy above $450,000-$500,000 without using eve...ry penny they have or having to settle for something less because even though they’d qualify, they didn’t have the cash to bridge the gap between the sales price & loan limit. EXCITING CHANGE Hi Everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I have an exciting announcement to make to all of you, my valued friends & clients. Peoples Home Equity has officially merged with a company called Cardinal Financial. For those I haven’t spoken to about this you may have noticed or have seen the Cardinal Financial logo or received communication via our new email addresses: ... The reason it took me so long to announce this is we were hoping to keep the Peoples Home Equity name, but after going back and forth with the state of CA we learned it would be tougher than we thought. You might still see the Peoples Home Equity name in certain places as it’s a process, but Peoples Home Equity and Cardinal Financial are one and the same. Outside of our new email addresses, any changes have all been positive with great technology, and better rates. My process that you’ve grown accustomed to, the great team working with me, the rest of our contact info, & address are still the same. You won’t notice anything different up front, but as we get familiar with the new technology we have, your experience should be even better than before.
