Can't wait to taste the galette des rois we made today! 26 families joined by Zoom as one of our parents demonstrated all the steps of the recipe of this traditional French pastry. It was so much fun to do it with that group. Bon appétit!

We are ready for our second baking workshop at SDFAS. After the Chocolate Yule Log in December, we are learning today how to make a Galette des Rois!
