SDCCS is extremely grateful to the McCarthy Family Foundation for its support. We received notice that the schools were selected to receive a grant in the amount of $12,000 to support the schools' general operating costs, with a focus on Middle School Science. The McCarthy Family Foundation is one of San Diego's leading private philanthropic institutions, supporting K-12 Science Education; HIV/AIDS research, education and direct services;assistance to homeless persons and chi...ld abuse prevention and services to families and victims.
