We are officially open for advanced and adult ballet classes! As you can see, we have open doors for fresh air and ventilation, hand sanitizers placed around the building, tape marks near the barre to ensure everyone stands 6 feet apart, and more. We can’t wait to see you!

Today was Aaron’s last class at SDAB! He’s headed off to New York to study at Ellison Ballet on full scholarship. We are so incredibly proud of Aaron’s hard work and can’t wait to see all of his success in the future.

Hello everyone! Long time no see. Hope everyone is doing well, and staying safe in this scary time! #summeriscomingsoon

5 year old SDAB student Forrest is keeping up with his ballet lessons at home! We are so proud of his dedication and passion. Great job Forrest! We miss all of our dancers and hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

In an attempt to keep our families safe during this difficult time and to be in accordance with the SD City Unified School District, SDAB will cancel classes for Beg. Ballet, Elementary and Intermediate Levels effective, tomorrow, Saturday March 14. We will close for three weeks and plan to resume classes on Monday, April 6th. Adult classes and the Advanced Class will continue for those who wish to attend. We will continue to rehearse for Swan Lake as much as possible. At this point we do not know if the performance will be cancelled or postponed. The performance is scheduled for May 7 & 8 and we will know much more in the coming weeks.
