Seems to be my weekend for ammunition related problems. This is the second one to come in. This one is from "overly hot" load in a M1A. Fortunately, no serious damage to the shooter or rifle this time. The stock and magazine didn't like it very much, though. Please be careful with your reloads!

Just a gentle reminder here to ALWAYS check your firearm thoroughly if the shot doesn't sound or feel quite right, or if there is no hole in your target. The damage to this Sig is the result of a squib round followed by a " not a squib" round. The shooter, fortunately, suffered no injuries this time. The same can't be said for his now deceased Sig . . .

I have always enjoyed working on K frame Smith and Wesson revolvers more than most others. This Model 19 is in for a trigger job (springs and stones), chamfered cylinder mouths, and clean up of the forcing cone and crown.

Here's a nice older Browning BL22 going back home after a thorough cleaning, significant rust removal, and refinishing the stock. These are sure nice little rifles!
