World renowned @danabaptiste will be teaching an exclusive 2 hour workshop @sculptfusionyoga , August 20th, 6-8pm. TRANSITIONS. TRANSITION This two hour class will focus on slowing down to experience the poses as well as the space between the poses. Using specific breath work and longer pauses, we will explore the transitions from one posture to another, one breath to another, and one experience to another.
