Cranberry brined turkey.

This came out pretty good too!! Had it with eggs and hash browns Sunday morning before Rob and Stacy left for the weekend, then used it to make stroganoff for dinner last night..

A little late night brisket as well.. We are always cooking at the smokehouse..

Used a new method on the ribs, they were really good, but I don't know if they were a lot different or not..

Hand tossed hot wings. Now i just gotta get Jen in some orange dolphin shorts and a tight low cut tee shirt and Hooters ain't got nothin on me!
