It’s about time to promote for our 1st Junior BlackBelt here at Kidz Gym! So with that said this means I’m also preparing for my 5th Degree Black Belt as in order to progress as a Master Instructor it takes many years of teaching & training! Teaching is what Ive chosen, but mixed with training as we are only as good as what we can teach others...........Let’s do this Sergio and all Tigers Cage Kenpo students as it takes many training partners to succeed at this!

Beginning in February 2021, Tiger’s Cage Kenpo will be offering outdoor martial arts (bootcamp) classes in W. Roseville for kids, teens and adults in a family s...tyle workout. Students learn American Kenpo Karate, Kickboxing, Self-Defense and Conditioning. Students will learn techniques in kicking, punching, blocking, forms, sparring & street self-defense. This class is for all levels and ages. We will be social distancing and keeping it safe by exercising outside at Elliott Park (1421 Cushendall Dr.).
