SCT Holder Breakdown: DH and DHF Holders are no frills and a great economical choice that still offers dependability. Choose from the DH style with two lockdown screws and no flat or the DHF style which has two lockdown screws and a flat. QHC Holders have two flats on the shank, two coolant holes, and four set screws for optimal rigidity. It is made with security and cooling in mind. QHC Holders can be used with a back stop. Inch and metric options are available.... Coolant Ring Technology (CRT) Holders are engineered to create a ring of coolant around the tool. Coolant surrounds the circumference of the tool, enabling coolant to find the path of least resistance and access the bottom of the bore. This holder is a clear winner for chip evacuation and preventing heat related issues. It features an adjustable backstop and is compatible with some popular NPT thread sizes. Use the CRT holder in conjunction with our qualified boring bars and/or qualified threading tools for quick change machining at optimal performance levels.
