Staff Wellness Event September 17, 2016 Come Fill Your Cup! All staff are invited to attend the "Wellness Cafe" event, Saturday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ridder Park campus.... This is a one-stop shop for those who want to nourish their mind and body. Earn Vitality Points when you participate in many of the wellness activities. All activities are complimentary and open to staff whether or not you are participating in Vitality. Some activities are open to dependents and friends. There is something for everyone! Complimentary activities include: Health screening Mini-fitness classes Flu vaccine clinic Kid-friendly classes Mini-massage Wellness talks and cooking demonstrations Vitality computer lab Wellness vendor fair Staff who attend will enjoy the opportunity to earn thousands of Vitality Points and a chance to win a fun prize.
