NEW CLASS!!! In this 5-week series, we will focus entirely on standing and running back handsprings. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique and alignment. Come with no experience to learn or current skills that need to be polished. At-home drills and conditioning will be given as homework. And each student will have a customized plan to maximize their success. Ages: 12+ (younger with instructor permission) Prerequisites: A stand-alone bridge and functional cartwheel
