Received a book on the RN Town class light cruisers from Amazon I have several drawing for these ships and information in this book is helping with making sure the information I have collected is correct.

It was 2 years ago today that the crew of RV Petrel discovered the USS Indianapolis in the Philippine Sea. Here is a video showing many clips that have not been seen before.

Starting the process to lay up a 1:48 scale Japanes Type B submarine I-19 hull and conning tower. These submarines carried a float plane in a hanger just forward of the conning tower. This sub hull is 89 long with about a 9 beam.

The new 1:96 scale USS Casablanca CVE-55 hull is now in production and officially released and we are now ready for accepting orders. The release price for the hull is $399.00 + S&H You can also order the hull with the plans for $449.00. A fittings list is being worked up for this ship.

Mold for the CVE-55 hull is complete, over the weekend we will de-mold the master and get the sanding and polishing done in the mold and get the first of 4 hulls laid up
