We thank everyone for your support in helping to find our Coachboat "Salty Pup". Attached are photos of the one of the persons of interest in the theft. We are working to obtain photos of the second individual. The persons of interest were driving a 90's Chevrolet Utility Truck. We are continuing to work with SBPD and SB Harbor Patrol on this matter.

STOLEN COACHBOAT Salty Pup We’re really sad to report this and we would like the community’s help finding our RIB Salty Pup. Last Saturday, 6/12 at approximately 0500 a man driving a white truck managed to move our 14’ Zodiac Bayrunnner to the SB public launch ramp. He then promptly pulled the boat from the water, placed a blue tarp over the boat, and left the parking lot. We have footage of the incident. The plates on the truck he was driving were wrong/stolen. We will po...st additional pictures soon. The boat is a 2013 Zodiac Bayrunner with a Yamaha 50hp outboard. The name Salty Pup is written on the side tubes and a SBYSF burgee sticker is displayed on the starboard transom. The timing of this in very unfortunate for SBYSF as our Summer Sailing Program has just begun and has 8 remaining weeks. Congrats to SBYSF sailors Blake Behrens and Richard Rychlik Jr. for placing 2nd at the Perry Series Champs last weekend at CBYC. Their finish qualifies them to represent SoCal at the Bemis Trophy this summer in Marblehead, MA! This is the first time a SB team has qualified for the Bemis. The Bemis Trophy is the US Sailing Junior Doublehanded Championship and is contested in the Club 420. A shoutout to Zoey Ziskind with crew Samantha Hemans for finishing up 9th in the ultra competitive fleet. #sbysf
