Today, the Asian Law Caucus and Berkeley's Labor and Occupational Health Program are launching a survey on the health and safety conditions low-wage workers hav...e been subjected to during the pandemic. We plan to use the data to issue a report to help advocate for better protections and/or enforcement. Workers who take the survey by December 4, 2020 can enter a sweepstakes to win one of five $100 Visa Gift Cards! We'd love help getting the survey out to your members and client communities. Please help us spread word about it! Here's the basic information about the survey: What: Survey on Workers' Experiences Under COVID-19 When: Now through December 4, 2020 Who's eligible: Workers (not managers, employers or business owners), who are 18 years or older, who have worked in the same industry in California for at least 5 days since May 2020.
