July 7 x 5 = 35 Push-upsI chose TRX push-ups today. As you can see these are challenging for me. I’m trying to push at a lower angle. The straps are unstable and my body tension is suppose to create the stability. Since the push up is a mobile plank, the tighter I can keep my plank the easier the push up will be. I will definitely be practicing these some more. I hope y’all are having FUN with your push-ups. Send me some videos please #pushupchallenge #trx #trxp...ushups #loveachallenge #stillhavingfun See more

Then there is diet... People often ask me what I eat. I think that is a great question, but I also think they should know HOW I EAT. I AM NOT A DIETICIAN and am only sharing what works for me. I am a fan of INTERMITTENT FASTING. What works best FOR ME is when I fast a minimum of 12 hours up to 16 hours per day. Ideally I also like to include ONE longer 24 HOUR FAST one day per week. When I follow this protocol I stay my leanest and feel the most energized. Be...ing a woman there is controversy that the 16:8 hour fasting might not be as beneficial for us as it is for men. Please research and talk to your doctor to which type will work best for you. There are many benefits to intermittent fasting including increased metabolism, weight loss (or maintenance of weight), fighting off diabetes and heart disease, along with giving you mental clarity and natural energy. Please read the attached article to learn more. Breakfast (or brunch depending on what time I’m eating) is one of my favorite meals These are two of my favorites... We usually don’t think about our body temperature unless we’re very hot or cold. We don’t necessarily need toit’s regulated automatically, just like our heartbeat and breathing. Beginning now, though, I suggest you take an active interest. Body temperature has an immense impact on your health and happiness, for body temperature contains an important secret to recovering natural healing power. What has been revealed through many clinical studies is that body temperature is d...eeply related to the immune system. Immunity increases when body temperature rises within the normal range and decreases when it falls. If pathogens such as bacteria or viruses invade the body, the immune system increases body temperature while it fights them.
