The Public Defender’s Office, in conjunction with other government agencies and community organizations, are participating in the 100 Day Challenge. With this challenge we are working toward housing 75 Veterans in 100 days. The annual Point In Time Count indicated an increase in Veteran homelessness from 2018 to 2019. The 100 Day Challenge is a call to our county organizations and agencies to better utilize the resources we already have to combat this issue.
