Just completed a project in South Cow Mountain OHV park near Ukiah, CA. The area burned during the Mendocino Complex Fires of July 2018 and extensive work has b...een done to removed downed trees, reduce erosion, and restore roads and trails. Our project was organized by @FriendsofCowMountain and was funded by OHV sticker funds. We did restoration work on about 1.5 miles of an existing trail and constructed a nearly one mile long reroute to move the existing trail off of a private property in-holding. See more

Tomorrow, friday, a Baja 1000 film called Ironwoman , will be shown as part of the No Man’s Land Film Festival. The film is about Liz Karcz and her experience as the first woman to ironman (race by yourself rather than part of a team) the 1000 on two wheels ! 707 tech tip. Something we do at the shop to every bike we work on. Most models head set bearings come on the loose side. Simply loosen the pinch bolt in middle... of clamp, loosen up top triple clamp bolts so things can move free as snugging the 17 mm stem nut. Don’t get crazy on it but a little bit can add a more comfort coming into reality rough fast corners. Tighten bolts back up. See more

Thank you to all who came out to ride the 2019 Lost Coast Dual Sport but a special thanks goes out to the Redding Dirt Riders led by Jon Estes. We had a rider injured Saturday in a remote location and RDR stepped up and did an amazing job. They took hours out of their ride to get both the rider and the bike to a safe location. Their professionalism in transporting the victim and setting up a leapfrog system to remove the bike before our sweeps arrived is impressive and commendable. When you are riding sweep and you come up on on a group like RDR in a remote location you feel like the Marines have landed. Thank you Redding Dirt Riders!
