Hey, I’m Sara. I rarely do personal posts on my business page but was thinking it might be a good time to do one, especially in this type of market. Obviously, I sell real estate and I think I’m pretty decent at it. I’ve said this before but it’s probably a good idea to say it again, real estate is not my passion but it’s what I’m good at. I don’t go wild for cosmetic upgrades and shiny new things, I really don’t care that much about that type of thing. What I do go wild for... is the ability to be aggressive and creative in an insanely competitive market, also the ability to see the complexity within a transaction and be able to problem solve through it. That’s what I like. I have a lot of happy clients and it really makes me light-up to remember almost all of them went into this process thinking that homeownership, in this particular type of market, seemed so unattainable and distant. Fortunately, with good communication (which includes honesty, boundaries and expectations from all parties) and the ability to have a multidimensional perspective of all the moving pieces of a transaction (especially in this type of market) we’ve all made it to the finish line together. I’m super grateful for the connections I’ve made with my client community, a lot of them have become genuine friends and are now a huge part of my life. If it wasn’t for that one day seven years ago when I googled, how to make money without a college degree who knows where I would be today, definitely not sitting here writing this post feeling all sparkly and warm. Thank you clients and vendors and all the people who make the entire home buying and selling process possible. It really does take a village to get it done.

Sold in Arden arcade for $475,000. This sale meant a lot to me. I unexpectedly sold my parents home to my childhood best friend and her family. I was able to facilitate both sides of the transaction and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. It’s wild how easily things fall into place sometimes, like they’re meant to be. P.S. how cute is this lil family?!

Sold in Natomas for $469,000. Congrats to my buyer Dennis for being patient while this brand new house was being built! The cool thing about new construction is being able to view the process from start to finish and actually see what’s behind your walls!
