Wellness Retreat: a time set apart to be in quiet, rest, and rejuvenation. Last weekend, I hosted my first retreat in Palomar Mountain . We were able to focus on our health & wellness with a challenging and gorgeous hike. We focused on fitness and incorporated yoga. We were conscious of the foods we put in our bodies by eating an organic gourmet lunch. We were able to reset headed into the week. Thank you for sharing your energy with me.
