The seasons are shifting from the long, hot days of summer to the cooler evenings and the deepening shadows of fall. I often feel some grief come in with this shift. Sometimes there is something tangible this grief is connected to, sometimes it feels like a collective mourning. A reminder that things change. What was dies away making room for something new to grow. So, along with grieving there is the opportunity to refocus our attention, set intentions for areas we'd like to grow and change.

I took Nancy’s class last summer and found such valuable material, insights and questions to ponder! Exploring the RA principles in community has been deeply meaningful and supportive to me, my relationships and my life. As a Skills for Change practitioner, I appreciate looking at the roots of the normative relationship model we are susceptible to blindly falling into and perpetuating. Identifying and questioning our beliefs is a great way to create more choice, freedom and options. RA and S4C compliment each other beautifully. I highly recommend digging into this course no matter your relationship orientation.
