The San Ysidro Community Foundation held is 1st Annual Grant Celebration yesterday and awarded 5 nonprofits a total of $10,000! Congrats to Sports for Exceptional Athletes, Living Coast Discovery Center, Girl Scouts San Diego, San Diego County Bicycle Coalition, and I Love a Clean San Diego!

Thank you, The San Ysidro Community Foundation for supporting Our Wild San Diego outreach program, bringing wildlife and conservation education to children at local community centers and libraries!

We are honored to receive a grant from The San Ysidro Community Foundation in their inaugural grant cycle! We look forward to working with Casa Familiar in the next year, educating and advocating for more bicycle infrastructure in San Ysidro! ¡Adelante San Ysidro!

The SYCF invites nonprofit organizations serving the San Ysidro, Nestor and Otay Mesa communities to apply for the 2016 grant cycle with the theme of Community Engagement.
