This sister and brother were rescued from an attic living space, but have settled in nicely with their wonderful foster family, including their host kitty, a beautiful tuxedo girl named Winnie. Sen and Haku love to play, have seriously good purr machines and Sen in particular is a big fan of a big scratching post. It’s Monday and we can’t wait to introduce you to Jack-Jack. This handsome creamsicle boy is affectionate, happy cat with energy to spare. Having a good climbing spot at home (a great cat tree would be a good start) will make this kitty a happy adventurer. Jack-Jack loves a good meal and does best when meal times are on a regular schedule, and a treat here and there would always be appreciated. A striking tuxedo clad gentleman, when he was at the rescue, Pinot always stayed right in the middle of the action during many catnip mouse chases and treat sessions. Our gorgeous gal with the big green eyes, young Nefertiti had a tough life on the streets with her 3 kittens before finding her way to us. She can still be a little slow to trust, but those who take the time with her find that she is worth any work you put in. She is cat friendly, so with a proper introduction to a friendly cat we think she would do well, but she could also be the center of your cat world as a one and only. Smart and playful, she can be a bit of a goofball, but she only shows that side to those worthy. Born in May of 2019, Beautiful brown tabby Billie Jean Bean Blossom is looking for a very special home. One with a kind and gentle patient person who is looking to make a connection. Just starting to come out of her shell we are seeing her sweet and silly side and yes- you can pet that belly and it is only a partial trap. She does get along well with other cats, but we think she could also be an only with the right human. Life is definitely sweeter when you're no longer a street cat. Handsome Chingon had a rough life on the streets before being rescued so he had to pretend to be a toughie. Jean Luc Picard is a handsome hauspanther born this past March. He is the most playful companion! Our favorite captain is dog friendly, great with other cats & will happily share you with any furry friends you may already have. And did we mention that he's not afraid to don a costume? Behold, JLP in his Halloween finest. We're not sure if he's a dragon, or features a long mane of candy corn or orange safety cones. No matter, whichever it is, he's adorable. Look no further, Jean Luc Picard is a great addition to any home!

Ah Truffle, you are truly delicious! Sweet and petite our mini Maine Coon lookalike Truffle can be shy at first, but that is because this smart cookie is checking to make sure you are patient and kind enough to deserve her love. And once you have it she reciprocates all love ten-fold. Expect snuggle city from this fluffy and a wee bit mischievous lady. Truffle grew up outside, living in an apartment courtyard, where she was universally adored by the residents, and she has taken to indoor living like she was born for it. Kitty friendly, she won’t mind a friendly feline pal, but she could also be your one and only. Looking for a charming and delightful companion, look no further that Truffle. There is no one better to come home to when you need some love or laughter.

Here's another pair you're bound to fall in love with. Meet Aye Aye and her brother, Sifaka. Gentle and shy, Aye Aye is a bit of an introvert. She turns it on for other cats a bit more easily, but needs some patience and understanding from her human. As part of the Opera litter, Aida is a funny little girl who loves to snuggle. Her brothers Rigoletto, Othello and Wozzeck are more apt to tussle and chase, while Aida can find time to settle at your side or in your lap, for a little time to dream about catnip mice and warm spots of afternoon sun.

Little loudmouth Chowder searched high and low until he found the perfect person. Thankfully that perfect person found him, ensuring Chowder can continue to brush up on his storytelling skills.

Don’t be fooled, that is a look of triumph on Mrs. Mitchell’s face. She took some time to warm up, but once she learned our weaknesses, Mrs. Mitchell knew exactly how to work the volunteers to get what she wanted. A forever home. Our ambassador of mirth and merriment, Ms. Violet Tchotchke is thrilled to announce that Team Santé D'Or successfully met and exceeded our fundraising goal as part of this year's Race for the Rescues. Violet's face may not read "party" but we promise you, she's celebrating on the inside. We're been so honored to be a beneficiary of this event, and the funds raised will help pay vet bills, buy food and supplies and provide ongoing care for so many deserving animals in our community. Thank you to everyone who walked, ran, sat on the couch, donated, posted or otherwise cheered us on. It takes a village and we're so darn grateful to you.

Today is National Feral Cat Day. Did you know two kitties left to their own devices can create and multiply into 5,000 more felines in seven year’s time? It’s a crazy number, and that is why it’s so important to catch every single kitty in a colony and fix them! It's another reason our team has committed to help all kinds of cats in our community. Week after week, our dedicated TNR (trap-neuter-return) volunteers are helping community cats. This year alone we've TNR'd mo...re than 210 community cats and we couldn't accomplish this without the help of great partners like FixNation, Stray Paws Animal Haven and TNR Now. After hours spent patiently waiting, sometimes we're rewarded with the chance to help the whole family. Meet Opera Dad and Opera Mom (Carmen), along with Carmen's sister, Fanny. In addition to helping spay and neuter these adults, we fostered Carmen giving her a safe place to nurse and tend to her crew of melodic children, Aida, Tosca, Otello, Wozzeck and Rigoletto. With great vet care, lots of love and round the clock attention, we bring these little ones up to be stronger, happier creatures.
