On Tuesday, July 28, SCV Sheriff’s Station deputies performed a routine traffic stop on a vehicle they noticed was in violation of California’s Vehicle Code. After stopping the vehicle, they discovered that the driver a Palmdale man in his 30s did not have a license and was in possession of drugs and dozens of pieces of mail addressed to various locations. The incident remains under investigation, though it looks like the suspect is going to be facing charges of grand theft auto, possession of methamphetamine, and mail theft. #bail #bailbonds #scvbailbonds #santaclaritabailbonds

Protests are nothing new here in the US. Many of them have, in recent years, been relatively peaceful. However, sometimes sensitive social issues are aggravated, or a peaceful protest is antagonized in such a way as to anger the participants. In either of these situations, what was once a peaceful protest can quickly devolve into an unlawful assembly. #Bail #BailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #SCVBailBonds #UnlawfulAssembly
People are being arrested, cited, and released from police custody only to continue committing crimes as though they had never been arrested. By removing bail from the criminal justice system, those who are accused of committing crimes may feel little trepidation about committing more. We've already seen it happen twice in as many weeks. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds
Recently, a woman was arrested by police on several charges. The arrest came after undercover investigators successfully completed three separate purchases of testing kits. Unfortunately for the seller, the test kits were not tested and approved by the FDA to ensure the product meets certain accuracy and safety standards. None of the tests confiscated by police had been tested to meet federal safety standards, and it’s possible that the tests themselves don’t even work. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds
Recently, police in Glendora received reports about, arrested, and released, the same suspect three times in a single day. The strange day comes on the heels of the zero bail policy recently enacted to control jail populations in the county. As a result of the policy, suspects arrested on non-violent offenses and/or are not deemed to be a threat to the community are automatically cited and released after being arrested. #Bail #bailbonds #SCVBailBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds
If you think that a lot of domestic violence charges involve one partner striking, or attempting to strike, the other, you’d be right. Often, when police respond to a domestic dispute, they encounter violence in one form or another. However, not all domestic violence charges involve one partner injuring the other. In fact, you may find it surprising which charges are connected to domestic violence. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #DomesticViolence
Surveillance camera footage in the parking lot of the Saugus Cafe may have caught a crime. The footage obtained shows that on March 1st, a vehicle in the parking lot appears to have struck another parked vehicle (which was empty). The driver of the moving vehicle then exits to survey the damage, gets back in, and drives away. The footage doesn’t show the driver leaving any identifying information and none was found at the scene. #Bail #BailBonds #SCVBailBonds #SantaClaritaBailBonds #SCVSheriffStation #Saugus
