We're participating in a @girlsacademyleague challenge to donate to those in need and have chosen to work with Sacred Heart Community Service. You can donate until this Friday, December 18th at their location off of S 1st St in San Jose. When you donate make sure to tag us in your photo! Items that are most needed are frozen turkeys, frozen chicken, ham, infant formula, and pop-top canned food. You can also donate hygiene kits and survival packs like shampoo, toothpaste, toot...hbrushes, gloves, caps/beanies, socks and underwear, blankets, sleeping bags, and tents. Dear Sporting Family, We are sad to announce that our long time bingo manager, Frank Brasil, has passed away due to complications from Covid-19. A message from Sporting President, Luis Azevedo:... "It is with a heavy heart that I share the loss of our dear friend and lifetime member, Francisco "Frank" Brasil. He will be deeply missed by our community. Since 1971, Frank was a dedicated member who was always willing to help regardless of the project. It's about that time of year again! Starting this Thursday we will be kicking off our annual 'Goals for a Cure' campaign to continue our support for breast cancer awareness and screenings. Last year the club contributed $50,000 thanks to all of you and your efforts. Santa Clara Sporting Club started this effort back in 2008. The campaign quickly skyrocketed, and as a community we've been able to collectively raise over $400,000 towards the El Camino Hospital Foundation. ...
