My goal 9 months ago was to go from 227 lbs. and bring it down to 190 lbs. I'm currently at 194 lbs., 4 more to go. I talked about wanting to losing wight for a long time before i finally stopped using excuses for putting it off and a crazy thing happened...I lost the wight! Amazing that. Here are my before and after pictures from 5/3/17 to present day. Good luck to those out there that want to shape up, but we all know...luck has nothing to do with it.
