It is with a heavy heart, we say goodbye to our talented artist and kind hearted friend, Ray Cuevas. Ray and his Wife, Judy came into our gallery with their rescue dog, Bo Peep, almost 3 years ago, looking for representation. We loved that Ray felt happy and at home here at Santa Barbara Fine Art. He was excited to to have a show in 2020, that would allow him to finally have the recognition he so much deserved. Unfortunately, Covid - 19 hit our community, turning our plans... into uncertaintly while Ray was battling with ongoing health issues which eventually took his life. We celebrate Ray Cuevas's life, his talent, charactor and integrity. We were very fortunate to have known him as well as experience his art. There will be a tribute exhibition for Ray Cuevas in the future. Ray Cuevas ( b. 1932 - 2020 ) Afternoon Light, Goleta Foothills 22 x 28 oil on canvas Framed Availble at Santa Barbara Fine Art
