I had a lengthy list of repairs to be performed and asked for an estimate which was promptly given. In the course of performing the work, Hector contacted me about an oil leak that they discovered. He gave me an estimate to fix the leak and worked with me to identify an item from my original list that could be removed in order to help contain the total cost of repairs. When the work was complete, he informed me that it was determined that one of the repair items on my list was unnecessary, and that the labor hours for some items came in under the original estimate.
