Congratulations to our San Mateo County 4-H alumni for winning the Scholarship II award. The awards are given to past 4-H members who are pursuing a higher education. The awards are based on the applicant’s academic achievements and contributions to the community as demonstrated by the student’s work, 4-H ideals, and goals as well as their capacity for learning from experience, hard work, and perseverance. This year, the committee awarded a total of $6000 to our winners.
