Still waiting for a decision on sports...

San Marin Community - please join us in supporting the #LetThemPlayCA campaign by reposting this or using it for your profile. Today (January 15), high schools across the state are rallying in unison to get Gov. Gavin Newsom’s attention in hopes of convincing him to allow a high school sports season in 2021. San Marin will join the movement via social media to show that there is a growing need for sports to return - not only for high school student athletes, but youth sports ...as well. In addition, San Marin All Sports Boosters will display a banner outside of SMHS showing our support. By virtually participating in this event we are joining our fellow high schools across California to make our voices heard! #LetThemPlayCA

San Marin has lost a wonderful person and local legend! In 1967, with dreams of starting his own school, Mr. Moroski moved to Marin County and founded San Marin High School, which opened for instruction in 1968. Influenced by his Cal Poly days, Mr. Moroski chose green and gold to be the school colors and selected the Mustangs as the mascot. #family #tradition #smhsmustangs

San Marin's first principal, Hank Moroski, passed away on December 26 at the age of 96. The former Cal Poly basketball standout and Hall of Famer served as SM's principal for over 20 years. The Hank Moroski Gym is named after him. The San Marin community mourns his loss. https://atascaderonews.com//former-cal-poly-basketball-ha/

A few more SM football seniors who have so far missed out on all the great memories typically made during a senior’s football season. Our hearts go out to all senior athletes. #smhsmustangs #playlocal
