Meet a Farmer: Deborah Muscari of Bella Vista Ranch Located in the foothills of the Santa Ana Valley, Bella Vista Ranch produces artisanal Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and hand-infused flavored olive oils. Deborah and her husband, Pat, a 4th generation farmer, purchased the 40-acre plot of land in 2014, which included 10 acres of an unkept olive grove. What once was the Little Orchard that Could has been transformed to an impressive olive grove through what can only be des...cribed as a labor of love. Bella Vista Ranch is certified organic, and Deborah and Pat take great pride in their farming and harvesting practices. They are grateful for the opportunity to share their gifts with the San Jose community through the farmers’ market. Come to the market this Sunday and join us in celebrating our wonderful farmers throughout the month!
