The physicians of San Diego Perinatal Center, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Division of Rady Children’s Specialists of San Diego, have been providing care to pregnant women in San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial counties since 1990. Our physicians are obstetricians with additional training in the subspecialty of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Our practice is limited to the care of high-risk obstetrics. San Diego Perinatal Center Physicians and Staff share in the celebration of Medical Assistants Recognition Week and would like to take this time to express our sincere appreciation to all our Medical Assistants and to all those who share in this healthcare profession. We know that behind every physician, physician's assistant, or nurse their Medical Assistant is close behind planning and preparing each and every next step on behalf of their provider. Our Medical Assistants are fully prepared to assist in all matters of health care and they do so with confidence and assurance that our physicians appreciate and our patients find comfort in. Medical Assistants are truly at the heart of health care and are invaluable to us. Thank you for all you do for us and for our patients.

October is Ultrasound Tech appreciation month and SDPC physicians and staff would like to take a moment to recognize our amazing team of sonographers. We now ...have 20 sonographers in our SDPC family to include our most recent sonographers, Billy and Eva. Each sonographer is bright, capable, caring, compassionate, and has been particularly exceptional throughout the past 6 months taking on several tasks that are normally assigned to other staff, and still managing to do their job to the best of their ability. Thank you for all you do for us and for our patients. See more

There is not one day that Eva does not check in with the staff to see if there is anything she can do before ending her day and always makes herself available to help answer any questions. We thank you Eva for all you do for us and hope that you know you are valued and appreciated for all you do for us and for our patients.
