Friends, as we close out this week of religious freedom, let us keep this in mind the greatest threat to our freedom of religion doesn’t come from our governm...ent or from forces in our secular society. The greatest threat we face comes from our own lack of courage. We need to love God more and more! With more passion and more daring. Ask Jesus every day to increase our faith and to be our strength.

One of the reasons detraction is such a devious sin is that since we’re telling the truth, it’s easy for us to rationalize. It’s easy to convince ourselves that what we’re doing is okay and others need to know what we know, when that really isn’t the case.
