Real after + before photos from San Diego Fitness personal training client! Shoutout to San Diego Fitness client, Dave! Dave trained with SDF trainers at 5 am 3 times per week for months. He was featured in Mission Hills Trails for completing the 5-peak challenge, TWICE! Dave says, I lost 90 lbs (and my beard) over the course of this challenge and met a bunch of great people. I did the first hike in October 2018, South Fortuna (photo on left), and this month I did Cowles and Pyles Peak (Photo on right). Huge motivation to keep going and make the hikes easier.
