Unbelievably....This is still happening in Temecula and Escondido- David Salinas (run out of San Diego and National City) is breaking the Californis Puppy Mill Ban law by selling FAKE RESCUE dogs from mid-west puppy mills often sick, raised in deplorable conditions.
