FP Mailing Solutions postage meter customers: As you already know, the USPS approved a shipping postal rate change that is scheduled to take effect this Sunday, January 17th, 2016. This rate change will only affect the USPS shipping services such as Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. The First-Class mail price category is not being changed. Overall, USPS shipping rates will increase on average by 9.5%. Your rates are now ready to be downloaded! ... January 17, 2016 USPS Shipping Rate Change The USPS has approved a rate change that will take effect on January 17, 2016. Good news! This rate change will only affect the USPS shipping services such as Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. PostBase and MailOne customers are automatically enrolled in FP’s RateGuard Protection Program. This means you will receive rate updates at no additional charge. As an added bonus, these products will receive the rate updates via download (no chips or cards required). FP will notify all customers when the rates are ready to download at a later date.
