While taking a walk recently, I made a wonderful discovery! Honey bees thriving inside of a small metal dome on a street corner. I watched as they went in and out happily doing their waggle dance. It made me want to do a waggle dance too. If you ate a blueberry, an avocado, or an apple today, thank a honey bee. You can help life-sustaining bees by planting a bee garden with sweet alyssum, lion's tail, sunflowers, oregano, bee balm, lantana, fennel, butterfly weed, butterfly bush, borage, salvia, lavender, and or yarrow.

The truth is we all talk to ourselves, and what we say matters. Take a moment to eavesdrop on your conversation with yourself today. Are you critical of yourself? Expecting way too much of yourself? Being too much of a perfectionist? Just for today in this moment, be kind, gentle, and patient with yourself. When you do this you feel better, and when you feel better on the inside, your life goes better on the outside.

International Day of Peace is today. I am thinking about the current situation and my personal commitment to this Day of Peace, I have resumed my study of A Course in Miracles. I have spent the morning in prayer for Donald Trump that he will surrender to Divine Guidance rather than ego, fear, and hate, and that he will realize the truth of Oneness of all peoples, that hate and retaliation is never the answer. We can only survive as a species with Love and forgiveness. I pray that his mind will be healed and tuned to the Light.
