SOME THINGS HAVE CHANGED TO BETTER PROTECT YOU DURING THIS COVID19 PANDEMIC:

FYI: I know most of you are excited to see your Dentist (as I am excited to see my patients) here in California, but please be patient.Although Shelter in Place in most counties is mandated to end no later than May 7, we are still awaiting word from Gov. Newsom, whose SIP order supersedes county mandates. Also, most dental offices are still gearing up to make the transition to the new normal. We are still waiting for equipments and supplies which are taking 2-4 weeks to a...rrive. N95s and Level 3 masks as well as other PPE are still in shortage. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are being modified for the safety of patients and the dental team. When we see you again, please indulge us and follow all new protocols. Lastly, don’t come to the office wearing tank tops and shorts. With full PPE, I’m sorry....AC will be in full blast! Hang in there!

Federal restrictions, County restrictions, ADA and CDA guidelines...whew! Too many updates!!! Been on the phone with my colleagues assessing and reassessing everything. Never ending canceling and rescheduling patients with every change in the guidelines and directives. We are to wear N95 masks also, and everyone knows there’s a shortage. We can only see you if you’re having SEVERE emergency. So please practice good oral hygiene especially during these trying times. TRY NOT TO... EAT TOO MANY SUGARY FOODS AND PLEASE DON’T DRINK SODA (and other acidic drinks).If you grind/clench your teeth, pls wear your nightguard EVERY time you sleep. If you do it during the day, pls chew sugar free gum. IT IS NOT A GOOD TIME TO CRACK YOUR TOOTH. Don’t make it a reason to see us even when you miss us. PLS REMEMBER...WE DON’T HAVE A DEFINITE TIME YET ON WHEN WE CAN GO BACK TO OUR CLINICS.
