Dear San Bernardino Family Dentistry patients and families Due to recent events and siding on the side of caution with the best interest of our patients we are kindly asking you to assist us in reducing the potentials risk and exposure to our community. We are temporarily adjusting some of our office policies to reflect the current situation. Many families see us on a regular basis and while we love seeing you all, at this moment in time we ask that adult patients attend ap...pointments alone (if possible,) and minor children attend with one parent or guardian only. Please call ahead of time if you do not have a scheduled appointment. We still want to keep patients comfortable and assist in emergency situations, but please call so we can formally place you on the schedule. We may contact current scheduled non-essential appointments to reschedule to later dates. If you are concerned over any scheduled appointments, please call the office to discuss. If you have traveled internationally, been on a cruise, or work in a place with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks please call the office and reschedule. After verbally signing in at the front, you will be asked to wash your hands. We appreciate your understanding.
