Our phones are ringing off the hook! Today by 11am we had 46 voicemails in addition to all the calls we took and were on the phone with that necessitated those calls going to voicemail. Almost all of the voicemails were clients and new clients desperate to get in to see us for foxtails, illness, skin infections, or surgery. We had over 50 appointment requests before 12pm. Listen to the phone tree options, as there is an option for emergencies and those requests will be answe...red the soonest. Also if you’re having an emergency and get the voicemail please text us! Texts show up on all our computers, so one of us will see it ASAP! Please realize that we are getting to you as fast as we can, we’ll do our absolute best to get you in, and we’ll try to prioritize when we get you in based on the severity of your pets illness. Today we weren’t taking emergencies as we did our community spay/neuter day and fixed 30 kittens! SBVC is now offering bonded sealants! Bonded sealants allow us to repair defects in the teeth that are either caused by fractures or diseased teeth. The teeth in the picture suffered from enamel hypoplasia, which caused EVERY TOOTH to be extremely fragile and prone to tartar accumulation and fracturing. This service will allow us to proactively save more teeth that would otherwise need extraction or be a source of pain in the future. #sbvc #bondedsealants #restoration
