WE ARE OPEN Due to the coronavirus outbreak San Luis Obispo County Public Health officials have strictly prohibited the public gatherings outside of homes. To continue the support of local businesses and those required to work from home it is essential we remain open. Therefore, only Alltech Computers personnel will be allowed inside all areas of the office until further notice.... OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT STEPS: 1. Please call 805.474.1169 x100 for Remote Support assistance or when you arrive in our parking lot. 2. Remain in your vehicle. A team member will discuss your needs by phone and create the necessary service ticket. 3. A team member will come to the parking lot to retrieve your device. 4. After diagnostics, we will call you with recommendations and costs to repair. 5. Verbal consent for service will be authorized via this conversation. 6. Once service is complete, the pickup process will be carried out over the phone and any remaining balance will be collected. Credit card over the phone is preferred, although we will continue to accept cash/check. We will keep these policies in place until ordered to do otherwise. We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation during this time. We encourage you to call us with any questions or concerns. Most importantly, stay safe and healthy!
