Things will still be different next time we’re together, but we’re grateful for the opportunity to help protect everyone's health as we gradually reopen our doors. During our soft reopening (currently in progress), we’re accommodating guests who had their appointments cancelled due to our temporary closure. Full details and additional tips are available at www.SalonOn30th.com/reopening WHAT TO EXPECT New procedures: No cash transactions, walk-ins, additional guests (including children) without an appointment, or returns on products. Physical distancing: Stations in use are spaced at least 6 ft apart. Sneeze guards are in place at front desk. Shampoo bowls are separated by barriers. Visual markings on the floor serve as a physical distancing guide. No refreshments or magazines: Beverage service has been suspended and magazines have been removed from reception area. Wellness expectations for our team: Team members are asked to stay home if they’re exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. Temperature and symptom screenings are performed at the beginning of each shift. Face coverings and proper handwashing are required while at work. Sanitization and disinfection: Additional time is added to each service to allow for disinfection, sanitization, and personal protective equipment (PPE) changes. Stations, tools, and equipment are regularly wiped down and disinfected in between guests. One guest per stylist at a time: Double-booking and booking between services are not available. Color needs: Due to the length of our closure, many color services will be corrective in nature. Therefore, achieving your desired color may require at least two visits.

We are preparing to resume hair services starting Thursday, September 3.
