Salon LUXE 11.07.2021

I am thankful to all of my clients for who there are, and what they mean to me. I feel truly blessed and I am speechless to those of you who have been so generous and wanting to help me through these troubling times. You have touched my heart. If anyone was wondering if there are people who exist who still care about others. There is, and I am so Grateful and to have people in my life who care and even more Grateful to call them my friends.

Covid-19 update Dear Salon LUXE community, So here we are again, In the beginning of another state ordered shut down. If you are receiving this email it because you have an existing appointment between December 14th and January 9th.... The relocation of the salon is complete. Well by that I mean that I am all moved in and have been working on clients for 3 weeks now. I have a list of improvement and upgrades on my list of things to do but as always I am looking forward to the prosses. I am still Covid free and I will be tested again early this week just to set all minds at ease. My top priority is and always will be the Health and Safety of each and every one of my Salon Luxe family. That being said I need to hear from you in regards to your appointment. If you wish to pass on your appointment and have it canceled. You should simply text me and let me know that you wish to cancel your appointment and when the shut down is over I will get you back on the schedule.( I don't recomend this due to the fact that most clients schedule their next appointment as they leave and that might push your follow up appointment out further than you would like.) If you would like to pass on your up coming appointment and have your appointment rescheduled first. You can text me and we will handle it together or you can go to salonluxe.com (http://www.salonluxe.com) and request a day and time that works for you and when I see your request I will book it for you and cancel your existing appointment. Lastly, for those of you who wish to keep your appointments please be sure that I am happy to be here for you and as always I will continue to do my part to keep us ALL safe. The fall is bringing BIG changes! Hello Luxe family, I trust that you and yours are staying healthy and keeping sane in these troubling times. Now that we are all able to resume some of our regular activity's. ( like getting your hair done ) I am happy to report that all of my clients and I have remained healthy and Covid-19 free during this national health emergency. While I have seen nearly all of you over the last couple of months, it will come as a surprise to most that ...I am relocating. Can you believe that it has been 5 years already? Yep 5 whole years. I have loved this location but starting November 22nd 2020 i will be at 1049 4th street suite C. I have been working hard at designing a new even more beautiful salon. Which has great features like big beautiful windows for plenty of natural light and fresh air that over looks 4th street. I am installing a shampoo unit with a tilting shampoo bowl for added comfort while at the back bar, a in salon private restroom, and Free parking! What? Yes, free off street parking ( no more parking tickets for me! the City of Santa Rosa will miss me hahaha) and while the salon is spacious enough to accommodate a few stylists. I will be working solo so that your only contact during your visit will between you and me. I am diligent in my efforts to provide a safe sanitized environment for myself and every one of you. Below you will find a map with my recommendation that eliminates having to cross over the 2 lanes of traffic on 4th street. But of course you can travel any route that you would like. While I will still be working on the finishing touches of my new Salon I invite you to come in and share in the experience of my new salon adventure, where I will be looking forward to seeing you all. We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19 Dear Salon LUXE community, We are faced with another mandatory shut down of my industry and my salon as of today Monday July 13th, 2020.... All of us are feeling the stress and constraint of this pandemic and are patience is being tested. At this time I would extend my appreciation to one and all of those who have helped me and have been so supportive during these troubling times. That being said, I have many appointment on my schedule, and once again I am asking for your help and cooperation to manage everyone who has an up coming appointment. *If you wish to cancel your appointment you can do so by sending me a text at (707)799-6312 to cancel. include day and time if you know it. *You can also go to www.salonluxe (http://www.salonluxe) and request a new appointment for a future date.I will then cancel your up coming appointment and accept your request for your new appointments date and time. That keeps you on my schedule and will eliminate extended wait time to get another appointment. (I don't mine rescheduling your appointment as many times as is necessary) * and ,If you have been seen at the salon there is no need to create a client profile when using the Square appointment generator unless inputting your phone number issues no results. As this creates a duplicate of your information.Thanks Lastly please text me at (707)799-6312 if you wish to confirm or discuss your up coming appointment and I will contact you. As always my priority is you and your health and safety and I have and I will continue to make the salon environment the safest possible by adhering to my strict sanitizing protocol.
