Looks like Captained Charters are still NOT ALLOWED in San Diego Here is the official statement from the Port as of TODAY Over the course of the last week, we have received several inquiries regarding boat charters. We confirmed with the County that while recreational boating and boat rentals (no crew and those within the same household) are allowed, charters (recreational or sportfishing, with a crew) are still not allowed. ...
