Sahej India Grill, a new family restaurant and beginning, for Sukhvir Singh Dhindsa (owner) and his family. They have successful restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia called Star of India and in Santa Fe, New Mexico called India house. Sukhvir Singh hopes that the love he and his family put into those restaurants will be shown in this restaurant. Sukhvir Singh and his family hold a warm friendly welcome to all the customers that come and eat. I treat people as the way I want people to treat me. With dignity and respect. This is just not my restaurant, but is our [everyone’s] restaurant. Professional Chef Jaswant Dhindsa (Sukhvir Singh’s father) carries a passion for cooking and hopes to share the ambrosial and classical food with everyone else. He has lived and worked as a Chef for over 35 years and he carries the mindset of food is not is an object, but art. Sahej India Grill is a place filled with aromas of India. Jaswant Dhindsa himself says, I love to make food as much as I love to eat it.
