The fear of failure can hold us back from many things in life: a new career, going after our dreams, building new relationships, etc. What would happen if we realized that failure is a part of the journey and we don’t have to fear it? What would happen if we realized that there are important lessons in our failures?... What would happen if we realized that there is an opportunity for character building in our failures? We challenge you to sit with these questions and start shifting your focus off of fear of failing, to having courage in trying!

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE at Newport Mesa! Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve seen the impact that donated food can have on a person’s life. As we head into the Thanksgiving season, we’re thankful that in the last seven months, God has brought over 15,000 people to Christ at our food distribution events. If you had no weaknesses, you wouldn't think you needed God. You wouldn't think you needed other people. You'd be self-sufficient in yourself. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 12:10, "For when I am weak, then I'm really strong." He’s saying, "The less I have, the more I depend on him!"

This week’s Night of Worship is postponed due to poor air quality! Save the date for November 11 6:30-8:00pm! We will be doing an in person- live Night of Worship on the roof of our parking structure. Join us as we sing together in one voice and Pastor Randy will share a short devotional. ... Masks will be required for this event and we would like to invite you to bring your own chair as seating will not be provided. See more

Join us in praying for the Silverado Fire which is displacing many from their homes and impacting the communities around many of our So Cal campuses. We pray for a quick end to this fire and for strength for those impacted as they plan their next steps. Relief is monitoring this very active situation and updates will be communicated through our Saddleback campuses and social media. Currently, we will be opening our Central Lot (the lot where Tent 2 is) on the Lake Forest Camp...us for evacuees to come, park, get a drink and snack, use the restrooms and our WiFi. This will be a temporary place and not an overnight shelter. If you would like to give to Saddleback Relief to help the relief efforts, please go to www.saddleback.com/relief. We had a blast at Fall Fest on Friday! Thanks to everyone who came out! If you joined us, comment your favorite part of the night!

Fall is one of our favorite times of the year here at Saddleback Newport Mesa and we are so excited for tonight’s Fall Fest! This year, Fall Fest will be hosted on the top level of the parking structure with plenty of room for physical distance. This walk through event will take place TONIGHT October 23, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Join us in costume for games, treats, candy, and, of course, pumpkins (while supplies last). This will be an evening of safe fun for the whole family. Saddleback Newport Mesa is dedicated to creating a safe environment and masks will be required for entry. We hope you can join us and invite some neighbors and friends! Anyone from the community is welcome!
