While it is not required, it may be a good idea to wear business attire during your judging interview and the awards ceremony. During set-up however, comfortable clothing is appropriate. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]
It is very important that you review the list of banned items before entering the fair. You will not be allowed to enter with any of the items on this list! Check out https://tinyurl.com/2020BannedItems for more information!
Parking will be FREE only on the 3rd floor of the parking structure. The STEM Fair is not responsible for any parking violations incurred from parking elsewhere. Please park responsibly!
Join us at the Sac STEM Far on March 14, 2020 - Student Check in Starts at 6 a.m., Judge's Check in Starts at 7 a.m., Mandatory Student Orientation Kicks Off at 8 a.m., and Judging Commences at 9 a.m. The event is open to the public after judging completes, usually around 1:30 p.m. Projects are open to the public until 4:30 p.m. The awards ceremonies commence at 4:30 p.m. for Middle School, and 6:00 p.m. for High School. Does your 2020 STEM Fair project require electrical power? Due to the limited electricity available at American River College, we ask that you contact us to request your electricity by MARCH 2ND so that we can plan accordingly! Also, be sure to bring a power strip and extension cord. We are super excited to see your projects! All requests and questions can be directed to [email protected]
Just in case you haven't heard, the 2020 Sac STEM Fair will be at American River College (4700 College Oak Drive, Sacramento, CA). Our friends at ARC have been gracious enough to host us yet again for another exciting STEM Fair season! Note to participating students: mandatory orientation starts at 8 am on Saturday, March 14th. Information packets with everything you need to know will be sent out in the following weeks. Until then, be sure to check back regularly on our website, social media and our newsletter for current updates.
Final call for STEM Fair registrations! You have three days left to include last minute details in your project!
The countdown to the registration due date is almost over! Grab your lab coat and get down to business, we can't wait to see what amazing projects you have created!
